ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to Confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.
Invoicing and Payment
Upon placement of an order for any Product through the Website, the Company shall raise an electronic invoice in accordance with applicable law, and the User agrees to pay the full purchase price, inclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and charges, through the payment modes made available on the Website at the time of checkout; all payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be deemed final and binding upon confirmation by the relevant payment gateway or bank, and the Company shall not be responsible for any delay, failure or reversal of payment arising from technical issues, banking systems, or third-party payment service providers, and in the event of any unpaid, partially paid, reversed or disputed transaction, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order, withhold delivery, and recover any outstanding amounts in accordance with applicable law, and all invoices and payment records generated electronically by the Company shall be deemed valid and conclusive for all purposes.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders may be dispatched either in full or in multiple shipments, depending on product availability. All products are inspected and securely packaged prior to handover to our trusted delivery partners. Most orders are dispatched within seven (7) business days from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and Public holiday.
Product Delivery Condition
The product shall be delivered by Nuolyf strictly on an βas isβ and βas availableβ basis, and Nuolyf disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
The estimated time to dispatch most orders is within seven (7) business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation, subject to factors beyond our control, including logistics disruptions or other unforeseen events.
SHIPPING CHARGES
There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, there will be a shipping charge of depending on the mode of payment and the place of delivery.
DELIVERY LOCATION
Currently, Nuolyf does not ship outside India at the moment.
FORCE MAJEURE AND DELAYS
Nuolyf shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics or supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of God, governmental actions or restrictions, strikes, or other Force Majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Nuolyf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with this Policy/Agreement, the product, or the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Nuolyfβs total aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Policy/Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Nuolyf for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, and apart from such liability, Nuolyf shall have no further or other liability whatsoever.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

Order Policy
Your order can only be cancelled only if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on {info@theexcelgrowindia.com}
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within fifteen (15) business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Returns and refunds shall be permitted only in the following cases:
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Nuolyf will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The Nuolyfβs decision on eligibility after inspection shall be final and binding.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Products that are perishable, consumable, purchased during promotions or discounts, or explicitly marked as non-refundable shall not be eligible for return or refund.
REFUND TIMELINES
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds shall be processed to the customerβs bank account within fifteen (15) business days (excluding Sundays, public holidays and bank holidays) from receipt of the refund request.
Insurance
The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products by the customer. The Company shall not be liable for any damage occurring after delivery has been accepted.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Nuolyf is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause reasonable delays due to events beyond the Companyβs control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, natural events, or governmental restrictions. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
Force Majeure
All fees paid for the services are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein or as required under applicable law. Refunds, if any, shall be issued only in cases where the services have not been rendered due to reasons solely attributable to the Company and upon receipt of a valid refund request within the prescribed timeline. No refunds shall be provided for services already rendered, partially used subscriptions, on boarding or setup fees, or third-party charges. In the event of service disruption caused by circumstances beyond the Companyβs reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, refund obligations shall stand suspended for the duration of such event, and no refund shall be payable for the affected period. Any approved refund shall be processed within a reasonable period and through the original mode of payment.
